What is the end goal of this meeting?

Andrea - Why did the numbers change? How long is the bid good?
- Explanation of the Alternate Bids: They are only good for 60 days after November 7, 2023. After 60 days, we can go back to the vendor and ask if they are willing to accept the same bid amount or alter the bid amount up or down.
Amber - What is the scope? How much money is raised so far? Is everyone willing to use Rainy Day funds or should we do a pay-as-we-go model?
