Discussed Nick Comers progress on PBT-has been zero every time tested.

Steven Thompson:  Likely will resign.  His girlfriend is applying for residencies and will find out placements in March.   He will finish out the year with us.  He's been very successful and this position will be hard to replace,

TES-Planning to reduce TES staff by two positions through attrition.  We will not replace Baird-(resigned this fall) and Tragesser (planning to retire-please keep this confidential as per her request).  THS Christine Nichols and Kim Warner are retiring.  Kim will come back next year to teach one period of German and hopes to work the rest of the day as THS ECA treasurer.  We will not replace Nichol's position and move her responsibilities to Nikki Clifford.  At this point a reduction 3 FTE

We are planning the phase out French at the high school.  Interest in French is low and most schools our size offer one world language.  Miss Harrigan will teach French 2 and 3 next year (for students to complete graduation requirements), but will stop offering French 1.  Miss Harrigan is also licensed in Spanish and ELA.
