Mrs. Humrichous called the Work Session to order at 5:30PM.

TCSC High School 1:1 Technology Presentation
Minutes
Dr. Glaze and Mr. Gingerich presented the TCSC 1:1 Technology Program to the Board. Currently TCSC has Apple products. TCSC looking at moving from Apple to Chromebooks due the the cost of Apple products and increasing cost of repairs.
Dr. Glaze is asking the Board to review the information presented.

TCSC Revised 2024-2025/Proposed 2025-2026 Calendar Discussion
Minutes
Dr. Glaze presented the changes needed to the 2024-2025 calendar due to KASEC changing Spring Break to the last full week in March. It has been past practice to try to align the schools calendars to ensure students do not go without needed services.

Discussion about potential Wednesday Early Release 2024-2025
Minutes
Mr. Jaworski presented information to the Board about potential Early Release every Wednesday during the school year. This would provide certified teachers time to participate in Professional Learning Communities.

- Would like an answer about the plan for TCSC students on April 8th, 2024 due to the Solar Eclipse.
- Thank you for doing a survey to community and staff due to proposed early release. Looking forward to seeing the results of survey.
