Brief discussion about ideas to assist TCSC in funding the main gym floor. One idea is attached. This is a piece of my high school gym floor, that my bother made into a nameplate. It was my understanding the school sold these, but instead my bother made this using a plasma engraver. We might be able to sell something like this for $40 or $50. We could also add more planks and include sectional titles or maybe a big blue devil or really the sky is the limit. We also discussed an auction or silent auction for larger pieces of the floor, (big T, Tipton, Blue Devils, and anything else). The potential cost of a new gym floor is $300,000-$400,000.
