The public hearing was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by President Gary Plumer.

Public Hearing for Additional Appropriations for Operation and Education Funds
In December, the Board of Trustees is asked approve additional appropriation for both Education and Operation Funds in order to cover expenses through December 31. The Education Fund additional appropriation is $200,000 and Operations Fund additional appropriation is $500,000. The deadline for DLGF approval of additional appropriations is December 15. The required Notice to Taxpayers was advertised in the Tipton Tribune on 11/25 and in the Kokomo Tribune on 11/30 which meets the 10 day publication requirement prior to the public hearing.
