Meeting to hear public comment regarding our proposed 2023 budget and the tentative collective bargaining agreement.

2023 Budget
During the work session of our September board meeting, John Sayers from Administrator Assistance presented a powerpoint for the 2023 TCSC budget. For the public hearing tonight we briefly review the budget presentation by Mr. Sayers.

4.
Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement
A joint public hearing between TCSC and TEA was held on September 19 regarding the official opening of collective bargaining. Members of the TEA and TCSC executive board met to negotiate the collective bargaining agreement re-opener for Health Insurance. From the meeting a tentative agreement was established. The terms of the tentative agreement will be detailed in the following presentation.
