The estimated cost is over budget by a few hundred thousand. Since this is the case, we are placing the office area as an alternate for Phase 1. The office are will be done, but may be in phase 2. We have eliminated some items for cost purposes such as a faculty restroom, concession stand/snack bar, some of the electrical work will be moved to phase 2. Phase 1 does include a new roof over all the renovated areas.
We need to establish a day and time for the groundbreaking the week of April 4, 2022.

Revamped THS traffic flow. Enter from park road, one way entrance to drop off at Door 1. Exit only at 19 with potential traffic island. Change football field logo back to "T" versus blue devil.
A. Monitors, Ports, and Wireless Mouses-For all teachers 27” monitor and dock with keyboard for all staff. Desktops will be removed from elementary school. This is an ongoing discussion. Staff will have the option to opt-out of adding these items to their classrooms.

New monitors, docks, wireless keyboards and mouse for teachers for use with MacBooks. Total cost $51,245.00 from operations. iMac Computers used by elementary teachers will be removed from classrooms. Bianca will work with classroom to teachers to back up files and documents to transition to the laptops.
