Purpose
Meeting to hear public comment on teacher compensation.

Call to Order
I hereby call to order this public hearing to begin the formal bargaining process between Tipton Community School Corporation and Tipton Education Association.

The hearing was called to order at 3:15 PM. In attendance was Allison Ripberger, Vice President of TEA, Scott Jaworski. TCSC Director of Student Achievement and Learning, and Ryan Glaze, TCSC Superintendent.

Public Testimony Regarding Teacher Compensation
Prior to the beginning of tonight's public hearing, patrons were permitted to sign up to give public testimony. Public testimony during this hearing will be heard regarding teacher compensation for no longer than three (3) minutes per speaker.

Dr. Glaze read the attached document. Since no patrons were in attendance, no one signed up for public testimony.
