TCSC School Board Work Session

If we plan to purchase new buses for 2021-22 school year, they will need to be ordered this month.  In order to do so, we need approval to purchase.  My recommendation is to purchase 4 new 72 passenger buses using Daimler Financial on a 6 year term and purchase out right a new activity bus.  This plan will relieve some stress on current expenditures in the operation fund and lay the foundation toward all corporation bus drivers in 5 years.  This recommendation follows along with the TCSC Transportation Report and Recommendations page 6, which outlines our plan for school transportation for the next 5 years.
