Consider to approve the appointment to fill a board vacancy.
The board member seat left vacant with the resignation of Mr. Powell needs to be filled. We have advertised and received letters of interest from five applicants who have completed a questionnaire to gather their views on their role as a board member. The board has deliberated on these applicants and need to vote for one of these applicants to complete the term of this office through December 31, 2020.
