We have been looking at what the cost would be if TCSC purchased their own equipment and did their own mowing rather than contract it out.  Mr. Wessel has put together that information.  He has also obtained quotes from Reynolds for possible mowers.  The first quote is for gas equipment; the second is for diesel equipment.

Look more closely at total personnel cost.  Look at 2 mower.  One full time mower and a 2nd for someone else to jump on to.

Performance Services has provided a plan to address the security of the TES Entrance and updating/rennovating the TMS Office. That plan is attached.  Costs:

• TES Entrance - $60,000
• TMS Office - $240,000
• TMS Hallway (East) - $50,000
