The auditorium lighting project has been completed.
The stage floor is scheduled to be revealed the week of November 22.
We have received quotes for ground cover on the playground. We have looked at "pour in place" material, turf and refilling with the rubber mulch.
Brian has obtained quotes for camera replacements (20) and needed server upgrades totaling about $25,000.
We have met with the high school and asked for a prioritized list of NEEDS and WANTS. There are some areas that have been overlooked for some time that need attention (softball and baseball fields) plus we should be planning ahead and not waiting for emergencies to arise. We have also asked for a list of WANTS where we can contact businesses to help sponsor those items.
There has been considerable discussion regarding the mowing that has taken place this past year. We are in the 1st of a two-year agreement with the mowing company. We will have a discussion about how to move forward for next year.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 18, at 5:30 PM.
