April Fitterling from Policy Analytics will present an updated financial analysis of TCSC, including Education and Operations Fund cash flow projections, declining enrollment, the impact of SEA 1, and projected cash balances. The presentation will highlight the district’s existing structural deficit and the need for approximately $896,000 in expenditure reductions beginning in 2027, with additional reductions projected in subsequent years. The discussion will give the Board the financial context it needs as it begins evaluating options to ensure long-term financial sustainability while minimizing impacts on students, staff, and educational programs.
