    Kyle Miller of Schmidt Associates will present the district’s Facility Condition Assessment. This presentation will provide the Board with an overview of the current condition of TCSC facilities and support the district’s efforts to prioritize facility maintenance, capital improvements, and future update projects over the next five to ten years.
