    Present polling results to help the Board understand community awareness, voter concerns, potential support levels, and the type of message that may or may not resonate with the public.


    3. Review Median Homestead Property Value
    Brook Cleaver, Corporation Treasurer

    Review the certified median residential property assessed value from the County Auditor and explain how that value will be used to estimate the impact on property owners.


    4. Review Referendum Revenue Spending Plan
    Scott Jaworski, Associate Superintendent

    Explain how the district’s financial projections translate into staffing, programming, and service-level decisions.


    5. Discuss Timeline and Board Action to be Taken
    Chris Greisl, Barnes & Thornburg

    Explain the required legal steps, filing deadlines, Board action requirements, DLGF review process, and election-related timeline.


    6. Discuss Referendum Ballot Question

    Review the draft ballot question for clarity, legal compliance, and public understanding.


    7. Community Forum Planning

    Discuss the purpose, format, and messaging for a community forum prior to any potential referendum campaign activity.


    8. Schedule Special Public School Board Meeting
