SEA 549 (2019) established a required annual Board of Finance meeting along with an assessment of the school corporation financial condition. The financial health of each district is measured the following indicators of Average Daily Membership (ADM), Fund Balances, Annual Deficit or Surplus, Fund Balances as a Percentage of Expenditures, Revenue by Type, and Operating Referendum Revenue. No action is needed on this report during this meeting or the monthly board meeting.
