    This public hearing is for public comment regarding the additional appropriation of $800,000 in the Education Fund and $650,000 in the Operation Fund in order to 2021 expenditures.  No transfer from the Rainy Day fund since both Education and Operation funds have a cash balance.  We will now open the floor for public comments.
