• Current system is obsolete and has intermittent failures
• Phones would connect and/or establish intercom systems throughout buildings for security 
• New system would be web-based
• Still have land lines for fax machines and elevator at THS
• Expensive!

• Purchase multiple buses 
• Pay off over a period of time
• Over production has led to improved lease options
• We have two buses and one activity bus that are 12 years old or older-all passed inspection

• Decrease the number routes.
