    1. Mowing Contract

    Original bid information to bidders  This is what was used in soliciting bids for the mowing.

    Modified bid info INTO a "contract"  This takes item #1 and modifies the information into a contract that can be used with the mowers.

    • Other Projects
    • Entrance N
      • We have a quote for about $12,000.  We have ordered the project but there may be delays in starting the project while parts are ordered
    • Security Cameras
      • We have been using Roeing Corporation for the security cameras.  They were the initial installers and have been involved with maintenance and upgrades.
      • We are still waiting for a quote for a full re-install of camera security system.  Rough estimate is between $100 and $150,000.
      • Current quote to replace non-working cameras and a new server is around $25,000
    • Signage
      • We are trying to get in touch with Brett Tincher for another quote
      • Mr. Tincher is dealing with family issues and will get back with Scott when things clear up.
    • Playground Covering
      • We have various quotes from Kinesthetic and Recreational Unlimited
      • Recommend project would be to go with the Pour in Place on the two playgrounds on the south end and refill the large playground with rubber mulch. Quotes are:
        • Recreation Unlimited - $119, 674.67
        • Kinectic - $141.089.41
    • Stage Floor
      • The project started on Nov 19.  Expect two weeks to complete.
    • Auditorium Lighting
      • Project is finished EXCEPT working out an issue that has been sent to the engineers.
    • Athletic Needs (Needs vs Wants)
      • Weight Room
        • Quote of $33,000 received for upgrading equipment
        • Walked through today and talked with A Tolle
          • Walls need some work.  SUggested putting mats up to cover the holes in the walls
          • Needs painting
          • Main steel door needs to be replaced
          • Suggested "sprucing up" the area outside the weight room.
      • Softball Field
        • Project has been started and near completion.  Cost of $14,800 with softball paying 1/2
      • Baseball Field
        • Quote received is for $16,000
